Ben Tullis

Cardiff, United Kingdom
Ben Tullis has been crafting highly secure and dependable Linux infrastructure for more than twelve years. This has ranged from embedded and hand-held platforms to high-performance clusters and grid computing systems. These have been installed as far afield as Antarctica, Malawi, Bulgaria, Greece, Cambridge, Cardiff, and even on ocean-going ships. All of this time spent in data-centres, under desks, in cupboards and in other confined spaces, has provided a broad education in terms of information security as it relates to Linux systems, and plenty of exposure to real-world practice, both good and bad.

He's also a unicycle hockey enthusiast, a proponent of free software, and a cat whisperer.
