Eugene is currently working for ROSA (www.rosalab.com) where he is responsible for development and maintenance of the automated testing tools for ROSA Linux distros. Since 2010, he is a main developer of KEDR Framework, a collection of tools that detect various kinds of errors in the Linux kernel modules (memory leaks, incorrect error handling, etc.). Some of these tools were the focus of the talks he gave at several Linux-related events, including LinuxCon Europe 2011. Among other things, Eugene is especially interested in binary instrumentation, analysis and debugging techniques for both the Linux kernel and user-space applications as well as in template-based code generation.
